QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States
Prior Call Center Management Experience in a multi-channel environment.
Proven leadership ability in terms of staff development.
Proven success in loan servicing or collections environment.
Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
Excellent customer interface and customer focus skills.
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize activities, multi-task and follow tasks to completion.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
You will be responsible for the daily management of the call center team - including managing
both the inbound and outbound staff and programs. Candidate will build call center operations
for rapidly growing loan servicing firm. Will work closely with top management to establish and
execute priorities
Maintains a professional leadership style and mentors all levels of staff.
- Consistently monitors the call center queue and direct reports.
- Keeps a constant pulse on key metrics.
- Responsible for driving and reporting all statistical data (i.e. abandonment rate, the daily
breakdown of sales, overall call volume, revenue per call, etc.) in addition to bringing creative
ideas that will assist to boost performance.
- Develops Team Leader staff to assist with queue monitoring and administrative tasks to help
groom them to step into a supervisory role.
- Monitors call flow and phone activity between customers and staff to ensure quality and
consistent superior customer experience is being provided.
- Coach and develop all direct reports.
- Works with management to build company infrastructure in rapid growth, entrepreneurial
environment.
- Constant workforce management and recruitment to keep up with company growth.
- Regular review of departmental processes looking for process improvement opportunities.
- Is conscious of the departmental budget and strives to be on target or below.
- As a working manager, leads by example when necessary.
