QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States
Green Card / Work Visa
8 yrs experience in digital technology including Ecommerce
Minimum 10 years marketing/Retail experience with a minimum of 8 years in the digital realm
including ecommerce. Experience in managing digital agencies to launch projects. Min. 5
years leading and developing teams.
Technical: Experience with Endeca, Omniture, Brightcove, Wordpress, Hybris, Demandware,
Content Management Systems, Digital Design, Technical Strategy and Direction, Management
experience and Financial oversight experience.
CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
Lead the technical and creative development of brand awareness to grow sales while serving
as a springboard for brand objectives and consumer experience.
Strategic Management
Set overall strategy for creative and technical output that drive consumer experience.
Maximize sales while upholding brand objectives. Be the in house expert on digital commerce
experiences - educate and evangelize concepts surrounding best-in-class e-Retailing and
brand presentation. Lead the team in producing and launching commerce and brand-based
site and mobile initiatives and improvements. Work closely with marketing, and brand design to
achieve both brand and commercial goals. Work across the organization to build consensus
and garner input for strategic direc
Team Management - Direct and lead a diverse site production team to maximize their
performance.
Resource Management - Manage both in-house resources, as well as contracted resources to
deliver effective programs and aesthetic direction to achieve goals. Extensive agency
management experience including managing agency teams for ongoing technical and creative
maintenance of digital properties and site enhancement projects.
Industry Expert - Be the thought leader on application of new digital technologies within both
e-commerce as well as brand-focused digital properties. Lead strategy to develop
sophisticated social commerce and mobile commerce evolution - drive these ideas throughout
the organization. Drive changes to digital platforms based upon consumer trends, analytic
reports and
